There has been a lot of interest in the club and now most youth teams are full. Please contact [email protected] to check the availability before enrolling your child.

Enrollment form By completing this enrollment form you can enroll yourself or your child as a member of NFC. Only fully completed forms will be considered. It is important that the data have been entered correctly. If you have any questions you can contact the membership administration at [email protected].

Please note that children need to be at least 5 years old in order to be enrolled directly. If you would like to register a child who is almost 5 years old, please first contact [email protected].

The undersigned declares that the above person hereby has requested to be enrolled as a member of NFC and knows that the association year runs from 1 July to 30 June of the the following year and that the membership fees, also in case of premature termination, are due over this entire period. These membership fees must be paid before 1 October or, with later registration, within one month of registration. You will receive an invoice for this. Cancellation must take place before 15 June of a following season using the online cancellation form. The details as stated on this enrollment form are included in the membership files of the association in connection with all regular club activities. The undersigned gives permission to pass on his / her data to the KNVB in connection with the registration as a member and declares to understand that the KNVB also makes the address data available for advertising, marketing and research activities. By agreeing and after sending the enrollment form you declare: - That the above information has been completed truthfully. - To have taken note of the core values that apply within NFC and that are listed on our website.

Do you give permission for sharing your/your child's photos and videos in our club-approved channels (NFC website, NFC newsletters, Club-TV, NFC whatsapp communities and groups, official NFC social media accounts )?

For members of 12 years and older a digital passport photo is required for the KNVB membership pass. Without such a valid pass no competition can be played. If the enrolled person is 12 years or older, we ask you to send a digital photo (i.e. a passport size picture) to [email protected] within a week after enrollment.
